All mine

This cutie pie is all mine for the next 10 days while David/daddy travels for work.

Today we had the car packed, lunch packed, Harley fed/watered and both of us ready to go by 7:10- not bad!!

I don't like the morning drop off-I just want to turn and run and take her somewhere fun. Oh well.... At least I have our evenings to look forward to.

Enjoy this sneak peak of Hadley's latest photos! Lemongrass photography has really given us a gift of capturing her personality. Can't wait to see the rest!

IU Hooooooosiers!

On a whim, the Glenns went to Atlanta to watch IU battle it out in the Sweet 16.  Grammy & Gramps stayed behind (surprisingly!) and kept Hads so we could make the short trip to watch the game.  Atlanta was a little ho hum - apparently the Final Four cities are the only ones who bring in festivities and fanfare during the games.  But, we found a nice Irish pub to keep us warm instead :)

walking in the rain on Friday during the day. all the way to the Georgia Dome to experience nothing. Not even a NCAA sign . Oh well!!

hanging at Meehan's enjoying Strongbow on tap.  please.  thank you.

fellow hoosiers.  and Indy people.  oh -and friends of Jenny & Matt.  Small world!  We had a great time with Hank & Erin making connections and cheers-ing the hoosiers!

DG anxiously awaiting the team's departure at the pep rally at the team hotel

go get 'em coach!

about to walk into the Georgia Dome

Our view of a great game.

While we did not win, it was a great game.  And a great season!  I hope we can make it to more games next year!

7 months

Hadley turned 7 months on Sunday!  She's been a little sick but each day we see her cutsie personality shine through a little more.

Hads currently enjoys the shape sorter, her stacking toy that has balls that you toss into the center to make noise and lights, anything she can put in her mouth, her ba-ba (bottle), bed time (we are lucky!) and rides in the stroller.

Here are some recent pics!

What? I'm how old today??

go Sox!

hey! What are those big kids doing outside?

my future's so bright - I gotta wear shades

meeting Jordan - FINALLY!!

one day I will stand and play with this!

She is growing so fast and we are having so much fun!!  DG and I are going to Atlanta tomorrow night for the IU game!  Wahoo!!  Hads won't even notice we are gone with all the fun she is having with Grammy & Gramps.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We enjoyed the nice weather today - it felt so good to get out of the house after our week!

Just look at this cutie in the sunglasses....now do you see why we didn't know she had TWO ear infections, bronchiolitis, would need amoxocillon and we would now own a nebulizer?   Yeah, I was shocked at the Dr. too.

She definitely has a scary cough still, but the amox and breathing treatments are definitely working.

Cheers!  (and go IU)

We ate lunch outside at Blu Moon Cafe, walked the Monon eating huddles, took a pit stop so Hads could eat, ran a few errands and now the little one sleeps.  What a great day!

Hadley goes to Boston

last weekend Hads made her debut in Beantown.  After a much anticipated arrival (mostly by Reagan), the time was finally here to pack up and fly out.  Hadley was sick the week leading up to our trip - see previous post - so my flight anxiety was at an all-time high.  Luckily, DG was flying to Minneapolis for work on the same day and with a similar departure time.  So, Hads and I had help in the airport.  And, my friend Danielle's husband Mike was on our flight.  Just knowing he was on there made me feel tons better!

Hadley actually did great.  And, of course charmed the crowd around her.  After a few whimpers of trying to get a comfortable spot in the crook of my arm, she snoozed for the entire flight.  Luckily there was a "Grammy" next to us going to visit her daughter and grandkids in Scituate.  It was like flying with our Grammy!  When Hads woke up suddenly to cry during the descent, stand-in Grammy helped me pour formula and get into the diaper bag quickly.  Bless her!

DG flew into Boston on Sunday to spend a day with Jack & Reagan.  It was supposed to be a surprise, but my aforementioned anxiety (heightened by a stroller decision during the week) made it necessary for DG to tell me.  So, surprise or not - we were still happy to pick him up at the airport!  And the flight home was not full, so we had a whole aisle to spread out in.  Lucky us.

Here are a few pics from the weekend - filled with birthday parties, hockey, wii, the jumperoo, walks and lots of fun!

The first of many hugs from Auntie Erin!

Enjoying some evening snacks with Reags

Cuddle time!  Watching Jack, Auntie Erin & Mommy "just dance"

And we're off!  a walk around town sounds like a great way to get someone to take a nap :)

Striped jam jam twins!!

daddy is here! and we have to watch the IU game!

all buckled in per TSA requirements!

on our way home...all tuckered out on the plane  (I *might* have begged DG to be the one who gets to cuddle with her )

Now we just have to find another time to visit Boston soon!  We love you, Waldners!!
